Saw this note in my cupboard and it somewhat made me smile alot more,

The words on the bookmark are quite meaningful and as you grow into a young adult,, you will find that thing are not as simple as they were when you were just a child and there might be times when things get really tough and you feel lost. Don't lose hope and know that you are never alone. There will always be people who care about you and willing to help you in your time of need. All you have to do is ask.
