My left thigh muscles are hurting so bad. It hurts even when I stand/sit still. It is stopping me from stretching even more and I feel so stuck. I hate my left leg. I hurts me so much physically and emotionally. I can't improve, I'm stuckkkk!!! :(
Why is it hurting??? Should I rest or should I continue stretching?
It's not the aching type of pain, but it feels like it has over-stretched and it's like strained. WHAT IS IT? SOMEBODY TELL MEEEEE WHAT TO DO TO GET RID OF IT SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE STRETCHING :( I'm so upset right now. Everyone is else is improving but I can't.
I cried so hard just now but I was only 2 palms away from the mirror
My left leg is cursed :( Fuck.
