I'll never want to feel like this ever again. I was in an extremely foul mood today. Luckily Shu Yi, Melody and Boo were with me.. Or I'll most probably explode. 1. I was feeling SUPER tired when I woke up this morning 2. I'm having a sore throat 3. The sun was stifling this afternoon 4. Some moron just had to irritate me by asking me to be a fucking cleaner when I'm already damn tired 5. TSD lighting lesson disappointed me. Don't worry Chen Xing, it's not you :) You presented fine! :) 6. I had to write a 500 word essay at 3pm (already damn tired and hungry la.. wth) 7. That same moron had to irritate me AGAIN by remarking me when I on the lights 8. I wrote rubbish in my 500 essay 9. I didnt have the mood to meet shu and mel at TM to have my burger king :( 10. Still gotta take a freaking 45 mins bus ride home... (luckily shuyi accompanied me on the phone) 11. I HAVE TO FREAKING COMPLETE MY PI BY TONIGHT (don't even talk about maths tutorial and gp man -.-) Alright but on the happier note... Theres dance prac tmr! Like finally. I hope theres dance everyday. Saturday will be a good day. My legs were tearing apart. It felt like I'm not meant to do this. "Because of how skinny and small you are, stretching will be difficult for you because there's no muscles for you to pull already, but only your big veins (jing1). What other people are pulling are the muscles and fats, but for you, it's your bones and veins (jing1). So you have to be much stronger and determined than the rest. It's not gonna be easy for you, gonna be very painful. Stop crying." You know, since young, I've always aspired to be a great performer. To really stand out from the crowd and use dance as a way to represent the world's messages and crisis. Always, always kept that in my mind. Today, while doing side split, I got pushed down right to the ground. It was fucking pain. Fuck. Pain. I was crying non-stop. It really hurt so bad it's like your legs are crippled; I was limping. It felt like my inner thigh muscles were snipped off. I was tearing throughout the whole dance practice. Dancing, Tearing. Dancing, Tearing. It was painful. Both the legs and the heart. It felt like I had to go through much more to become a good dancer. It felt like I'm not meant to do this. It felt like I... can't do this. Am I able to be so much stronger than the rest? p/s: I'm sucha cry baby. Every fucking thing I cry. Even when typing this, I feel the sadness in me. I cry. I really... am sad. ----------------------- Packed day today. Had Modern Dance from 0830 to 1230, then 1330 to 1430 MTV groove at studiowu, and 1500 Winter's Tale at esplanade. Imagine rushing from Simei to Esplanade in 30 minutes. Oh my, I was like running 2.4km.. -.- Luckily I reached on time, BECAUSE WINTER'S TALE WAS AWESOME!!!! She was kinda upset cos she dropped it somewhere and she can't find it. So I comforted her and then we all headed to PE lesson. After PE lesson, we headed to the canteen to have our snack and chill. We were laughing, chatting, laming around until this stupid fly kept irritating me! Then I was trying to sweep it off my leg, and as I was looking down at my feet, I SAW MELODY'S DOLL!!! Jesper told me about their rehearsal dates and timings a few days back and told me to drop by someday to see their SYF piece. Their awesome! :D I think it's a very impactful dance. It's about Nature btw, really really cool! Gave them some comments and learnt alot from them too. They're very disciplined and they dance really nicely! Very flexible too! First I'm told to pay for the upcoming studio shows etc. Next I'm told to pay for TSD texts. Then there're also some workshops. $25, $63, $30, $15 are the familiar prices hahaha. Going for WinterTale this coming Saturday! I mean I really love going to all these shows, but can they be FOC or at least less than $10? :P Sigh.. Right now I've to pay $145 for 6 studio shows... and $80 for 3 TSD texts. Have been to two shows so far, Cheeseboy and Tree Duet. 'Doh! I'm sorry Mummy but I will try to become a TSD pro in future and earn you back the money! hahaha :D FCK all I need is U I feel so lousy. I'm no fucking talent, just a singer and dancer wannabe. I didnt screw up the lightings and sounds when helping Wai Yew and Kim in their TSD monologue and dualogue (I was the earliest helper to be there!!!) 3. I managed to persist through the five days and be present for every dance practice (monday to friday). 4. I have completed my holiday homework (lets not talk about revision lah hor :p). 5. My side split has improved (I'm nearing the wall!). 6. I received good advice and comments about my acting from the TSD seniors today and Wai Yew gave me great encouragement and said that I can act! :D 7. I managed to learn Mmm Papi on youtube successfully :p 8. I was able to hold my anger :] This is my 'Sense of Achievement'. This is Happiness. This may sound cheesy but.... Tuesday, March 17, 2009 Right now, I'm so Easty that I even study at the Changi Airport. Hahahaha. Met Melody, Shu Yi, Boo and LiLi there at Terminal 3 Macs. Wrote some notes for TSD then couldnt take it anymore hahahaha. Dance practice was alright today.. Ruth and I were as high as ever. I guess the partner-dancing parts have to really work harder cos the whole team might be graded down just because of us. All the flippin' and carryin' arent up to standard at all :( And as usual, people are still having their injuries and are still happily missing practices.. zzzz -.-" Oh well. But overall we're improving.. just kinda worried when the hat and costume comes, we're all gonna be screwed.... :( Okay I'm damn freaking pessimistic lol. My mum left me a whole pack of chocolates right in front of me and told me to eat it. It's either.. 1. The chocs are expiring 2. I look very upset/angry 3. She wants me to gain weight 4. This is a real story of a young college girl who passed away last month in Pasir Ris. Her name was Priya. She was hit by a truck. She was working in a call center. She had a boy friend named Shankar. Both of them were true lovers. They always talked on the phone. You would never find her without handphone. In fact she also changed her cell connection from M-One to Starhub, so that both of them can be on the same network, and save on the cost. She used to spend half of the day talking with shankar. Priya's family knew about their relationship. . Shankar was very close to Priya's family as well. (Just imagine their love) . After her death, people cld'nt carry her body, A lot of them tried to do so,but still can't. Everybody had tried to carry the body, the results were the same. Eventually, they called a person known to one of their neighbours, who can speak with the soul of dead person and who was a friend of her father. He took a stick and started speaking to himself slowly. After a few minutes, he said 'this girl misses something here.' Then her friends told that person about her intentions to burn her with her phone. He then opened the grave box and place her phone and sim card inside the casket. After that they tried to carry the body. It was then moved easily and they then carried her into the van. All of us were shocked. Priya's parents did not inform Shankar that Priya had passed away.. After 2 weeks Shankar called Priya's mom..... Shankar :.....'Aunty, I'm coming home today. Cook something nice for me. Don't tell Priya that I'm coming home today, I wanna surprise her.' Her mother replied..... 'You come home first, I wanna tell you something very important.' After he came, they told him the truth about Priya. Shankar thinks that they were playing a fool. He was laughing and said 'don't try to fool me - tell Priya to come out, i have a gift for her. Please stop this nonsense'. Then they show him the original death certificate to him.
