Lucky Tucky Fucky (LOL???)

Basically this post is about me being super lucky in this year.
First was the qualifying for TSD thing,
NOW IT IS MODERN DANCE!!!

Okay so they had their selection for SYF today, and I stayed throughout their whole practice until like... 9pm......!!! Everybody say wow, "wowwwww..."
Right. So everyone else (J1s) are all ballerinas and I'm like the only lonely soul who does reggae/hiphop -.- SO SAD RIGHT. They do splits like SMALL KICK OKAY, do stretching like it's some fun shit, while I'm like struggling to do a HALF-SPLIT. HAHAHAHA CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW SAD AND INFERIOR I FELT??? The other J1s are like so rubberbanded and so -OMG- (and there were DSAs too). So of course, the hopeless me felt like leaving immediately after doing all the stretchings and realising that I totally suck and shouldnt be in modern dance, but something in me told me to stay longer, since I've alr stayed back for about an hour.

SO.... they taught us some of the SYF steps... then when I was about to take my back and leave (cos I totally think I'm hopeless and impossible to be chosen), the dance teacher, teacher-in-charge and president of MDC told me to get my measurements for SYF costumes taken down at the tailor. I was like huh? Take what measurements??? Then they were like "oh you're in!"

Omg can... I have like Grade 8 ballerinas dancing beside me and I actually got in. And they're only picking 8 J1s for SYF out of the dont know how many J1s MDC members! Super honoured and lucky and happy and grateful! :)

Woah.. I dont know what I did lah... 8 ppl only.. then I can get in... when I have totally no ballet background when everybody else has... and I'm super not flexible.... damn thankful can!!!

Sen Cai even called me last night to tell me about TPJC's MDC. Jesper and him are really nice ppl, to like inform me about their dance club and all, super nice!!! And I strongly encourage ppl who are really interested in arts (drama, dance etc..) should come TPJC cos it's a super arty JC, like their nitch is performing arts and they offer TSD!!! :D

Oh and lessons on thursday was damn horrible. I hate to wait 5 whole hours for TSD lesson, but it was worth the wait at least, super fun and interesting. And after that I had to rush for reggae at Oschool. Then I have to the next day, which is today, and dance somemore even more more more, I almost died!

p/s: Anw TSD lessons were FUN/AWESOME!!! and hopefully after joining MDC I'll be more flexible! :) I wanna improve my dancing in every single way!!!
